氧氟沙星+地塞米松在治疗中耳炎的临床疗效及对安全性分析

目的分析氧氟沙星+地塞米松在治疗中耳炎的临床疗效及对安全性。方法时间节点选择2019年2月~2020年10月间,将我院收治的中耳炎患者中抽选出64例列为观察对象,以治疗形式的差异性分成常规组以及研究组,每组的样本容量均等分为32例。常规组施以氧氟沙星治疗模式,研究组施以氧氟沙星+地塞米松联合治疗模式。针对两组治疗有效值以及不良反应出现率完成比较工作。结果研究组治疗有效值要远优于常规组且差异较大(P<0.05);研究组不良反应出现率并未优于常规组且无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论针对中耳炎患者施以氧氟沙星+地塞米松联合治疗模式,可为治疗有效性及安全性给予有力保障,故临床可提倡并应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ofloxacin+dexamethasone in the treatment of otitis media.Method The time node was selected from February 2019 to October 2020.64 patients with otitis media admitted to our hospital were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into routine groups and study groups based on the difference in treatment form.The sample size is equally divided into 32 cases.The conventional group was treated with ofloxacin treatment mode,and the study group was treated with ofloxacin+dexamethasone combined treatment mode.Comparing the effective value of treatment and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The effective value of treatment in the study group was much better than that of the conventional group and the difference was large(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not better than that of the conventional group and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ofloxacin+dexamethasone combined treatment mode for patients with otitis media,It can provide a strong guarantee for the effectiveness and safety of treatment,so it can be promoted and applied clinically.
