支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光治疗声带息肉效果评价

Effect of CO laser under suspension laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyp

目的探讨支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光摘除声带息肉的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年7月~2018年6月支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光摘除声带息肉病人61例(激光组),支撑喉镜下摘除术声带息肉病人56例(常规组),比较2组病人手术用时、噪声学检测基频(F0)、嗓音主观听感知评估以及自身主观评估。结果激光组的病人手术用时短于常规组,噪声学检测基频(F0)高于常规组,嗓音主观听感知评估以及自身主观评估均低于常规组,所有差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光摘除术治疗声带息肉效果优于直接摘除术,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the Effect of CO_(2) laser under suspension laryngoscope on patients with vocal cord polyp.Methods We analyzed retrospectively between 61cases with vocal cord polyp by CO_(2) laser under suspension laryngoscope(laser group)and 56 cases with vocal cord polyp by being removed directly(normal group)from July 2016 to June 2018.The operative time,voice detecting the fundamental frequency(F0),voice subjective auditory perception evaluation and subjective evaluation were compared between two groups.Results The operative time of laser group was shorter than normal group,the voice detecting the fundamental frequency(F0)of laser group was higher than normal group,the voice subjective auditory perception evaluation and subjective evaluation were under normal group.These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vocal cord polyp by CO_(2) laser under suspension laryngoscope is superior to the treatment by being removed directly,and has clinical spread value.
