Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP)in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 46 patients with OSAHS who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,23 patients who were treated with conventional conservative treatment were the control group.and 23 patients treated with NCPAP on this basis were selected as the observation group.Observe the AOPP level,MMSE score and polysomnography monitoring index of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the AOPP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LSaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and LAT,RDI,AI and HI were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OSAHS application of NCPAP treatment can reduce the body’s oxidative stress response, improve patients’cognitive dysfunction and ventilation function, and improve patients’sleep quality.
