难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的中医辨证论治思路分析

Review on Treatment Strategy of Refractory Rhinosinusitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

难治性鼻-鼻窦炎在中、西医上都属于一种难治性、容易复发的常见慢性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。西医对难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的药物治疗和手术效果不佳,而中医辨证论治体现了因人而异的个体化特征。文章首先对难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的中医病因病机进行了多角度分析。在此基础上,结合临床实验,对难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的辨证论治疗效进行了综述分析,表明其疗效明显,体现了中医干预的有效性。相关论治思路可为临床诊治提供参考。

Refractory Rhinosinusitis(RRS)is a relapsed and refractory chronic disease for both Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.It is generally not satisfied with the treatment of RRS through drug and surgical surgery of Western Medicine,which,however,is not the case for TCM,due to its being treated based on syndrome differentiation reflecting the individualized characteristics of diseases.A multi-angle TCM analysis of the pathogenesis of RRS was firstly carried out in this paper.And then a state-of-the-art on the treatment based on syndrome differentiation with TCM was followed.The results showed that the TCM treatment of RRS has an obvious effect,which indicates the clinical efficacy for TCM treatment.
