梅毒致疼痛性皮疹伴声音嘶哑一例

A case of painful rash with hoarseness cause by syphilis

梅毒是一种性传播疾病,可影响多个器官系统和中枢神经系统并参与各个阶段。本文介绍一位53岁的女性患者,其临床表现出不寻常的躯干皮疹伴有疼痛的生殖器病变,同时存在斑片状脱发、口腔病变、畏光和声音嘶哑。完善各项检查发现有阳性的梅毒血清学试验结果,脑脊液分析提示神经梅毒。根据症状及实验室检查对其进行14天的青霉素G静脉注射治疗。治疗效果明显,成功的解决疼痛的生殖器病变,以及在皮肤、口咽、喉和神经症状等方面均存在明显的改善。

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease that can affect multiple organ systems and central nervous system and participate in all stages.We present the case of a 53-year-old woman who presented clinically with an unusual trunk rash with painful genital lesions,accompanied by patchy alopecia,oral lesions,photophobia,and hoarseness.The serological test results of syphilis with positive findings in various examinations were perfected,and cerebrospinal fluid analysis indicated neurosyphilis.She was treated with intravenous penicillin G for 14 days based on symptoms and laboratory tests.The therapeutic effect is remarkable,the painful genital lesions are successfully resolved,and the skin,oropharynx,larynx and nerve symptoms are obviously improved.
