关于不同护理干预对鼻咽癌病人颈部皮肤损伤及情绪的影响探讨

Effect of different nursing intervention on neck skin injury and emotion of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的研究对鼻咽癌病人采取不同护理干预对其进步皮肤损伤和情绪的影响。方法于我院鼻咽癌放疗患者中随机抽取60例,分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,对比两组颈部皮肤损伤和情绪。结果观察组1~3级颈部皮肤损伤明显低于对照组。观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组。2组皮肤损伤和情绪评分对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗治疗期间采取预见性护理干预,可有效预防放射性皮肤损伤,改善颈部皮肤损伤情况,同时改善患者负面情绪,让患者保持良好的心态接受治疗。

Objective To study the effect of different nursing intervention on skin damage and emotion of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given predictive nursing.Results The level 1-3 cervical skin injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There were significant differences in skin injury and emotional score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking predictive nursing intervention during radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively prevent radiation-induced skin injury,improve the situation of neck skin injury,and improve the negative emotions of patients,so that patients can maintain a good attitude to receive treatment.
