集束化气道护理联合气道廓清技术治疗肺部感染的护理观察

Nursing observation of clustered airway nursing combined with airway clearance technique in the treatment of pulmonary infection

目的探析肺部感染采取集束化气道护理配合气道廓清技术治疗的临床护理效果。方法选取2019年7月~2020年9月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心就诊的肺部感染患者,纳入病例共76例,以奇偶法分组,可将划分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38),对照组予集束化气道护理,观察组以此为基础加用气道廓清技术,对比两组效果。结果观察组咳痰积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼吸困难量表(mRCA)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺部感染采取集束化气道护理配合气道廓清技术治疗效果可观,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of clustered airway nursing combined with airway clearing technique for lung infection.Methods A total of 76 patients with pulmonary infection who attended the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected.A total of 76 cases were enrolled.They were grouped by the odd-odd method and divided into control groups(n=38)and The observation group(n=38)and the control group were given clustered airway care.The observation group was given airway clearance technology on this basis to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The sputum sputum score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the dyspnea scale(mRCA)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion The effect of clustered airway nursing combined with airway clearing technique for pulmonary infection is considerable and it is worth learning.
