摘要
目的探析心灵支持配合系统化护理对喉癌手术患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法收治病例:110例接受手术治疗的喉癌患者;随机分为两组各55例,对照组常规护理,观察组心灵支持配合系统化护理,观察不同护理对疼痛程度以及生活质量的影响。结果出院后1个月,观察组生活质量较高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组疼痛评分较低;从两组患者的疼痛持续时间来看,观察组较短(P<0.05)。结论为接受手术治疗的喉癌患者予以心灵支持配合系统化护理,可减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective Explore the impact of spiritual support and systematic nursing on the pain degree and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods Admitted cases:110 patients with laryngocarcinoma undergoing surgical treatment;randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group has routine nursing care,and the observation group has spiritual support combined with systematic nursing care to observe the impact of different nursing care on pain and quality of life.Results One month after discharge,the observation group had a higher quality of life(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower;from the pain duration of the two groups of patients,the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Provide spiritual support and systematic nursing for patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing surgical treatment,which can reduce pain and improve the quality of life.
