摘要
目的探讨医护一体化管理对小儿化脓性中耳炎治疗护理的干预效果。方法将化脓性中耳炎患儿72例随机分组,各36例,对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用医护一体化管理,比较满意度和临床恢复时间。结果对照组满意率80.56%低于观察组100.00%,有差异(P<0.05)。对照组中耳炎恢复时间、脓性分泌物消失时间和住院时间高于观察组,有差异(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理可提高小儿化脓性中耳炎的干预效果,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of integrated medical care management on the treatment and nursing of children with suppurative otitis media.Methods 72 cases of children with suppurative otitis media were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with integrated medical care management.The satisfaction and clinical recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.56%,which was lower than that of the observation group(100.00%)(P<0.05).The recovery time of otitis media,disappearance time of purulent secretion and hospitalization time in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical care management can improve the intervention effect of children with suppurative otitis media and shorten the recovery time.
