早期康复护理对喉癌患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer

目的喉癌患者术后应用早期康复护理对其疼痛及生活质量的影响分析。方法选取我院收治的喉癌患者72例为此次研究对象,均为2019年10月-2020年10月间收治,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(早期康复护理),比较两组护理前后疼痛(VAS)及生活质量(GQOL-74)评分。结果护理后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,且GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异显著P<0.05。结论喉癌患者术后应用早期康复护理可缓解其疼痛,有效提高患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective Analysis of the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the pain and quality of life in patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.Method The 72 patients with laryngocarcinoma admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,all of them were admitted between October 2019 and October 2020.They were randomly divided into a control group(routine care)and an observation group(early rehabilitation care),and the two were compared.Group pain(VAS)and quality of life(GQOL-74)scores before and after nursing.Result After nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOL-74 score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery can relieve their pain and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
