整体护理在分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中的应用有效性及价值研究

Application effectiveness and value of holistic nursing in perioperative hearing care of patients with secretory otitis media

目的对整体护理在分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中的应用有效性和价值进行探讨扫。方法研究对象200例,均为我院2019年1月到2020年1月之间收治的分泌性中耳炎患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采用常规听力护理,观察组采用整体护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为80%,显著低于观察组的93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的SAS和SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组的SAS和SDS评分均显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在分泌性中耳炎的围术期听力护理中应用整体护理能够显著提升整体治疗效果,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁心理,促进患者早日康复,具有较高的临床参考和借鉴价值。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of holistic nursing in perioperative hearing care of secretory otitis media.Methods 200 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hearing care,while the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80%,which was significantly lower than 93%of the observation group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in perioperative hearing care of secretory otitis media can significantly improve the overall treatment effect,improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients,which has high clinical reference and reference value.
