摘要
目的评估耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者实施综合护理管理的医院感染的预防效果及价值。方法对41例本医院实施治疗的耳鼻咽喉科门诊作为实验组对象予以项目研究,选于2019年10月~2020年10月,另选取2019年10月前本院41例耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者为参照组。参照组应用常规护理管理、实验组应用综合护理管理,分析两组方案的管理前后护理质量分值、医院感染发生及护理服务满意程度情况。结果(1)耳鼻咽喉科门诊管理前护理质量分值分值具有一致性,P>0.05说明其差异相对较低。实验组的耳鼻咽喉科门诊经由管理后,与参照组的患者管理后进行对比,其用品制备、器械管理、消毒隔离、手卫生、护理文书分值较高,P<0.05说明其差异相对较高。(2)实验组的耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者经由护理后(0.00%),与参照组的患者护理后进行对比(14.63%),其医院感染发生率较低,P<0.05说明其差异相对较高。(3)实验组的耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者经由护理后(95.12%),与参照组的患者护理后进行对比(80.49%),其护理服务满意程度较高,P<0.05说明其差异相对较高。结论耳鼻咽喉科门诊通过综合护理管理效果显著,可有效提升门诊护理工作质量,有效降低医院感染发生率,能够构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective To evaluate the prevention effect and value of comprehensive nursing management for hospital infection in outpatients in the department of otolaryngology.Methods A total of 41 outpatients of the Otolaryngology Department of our hospital who received treatment from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the experimental group for the project study,and another 41 outpatients of the Otolaryngology Department of our hospital before October 2019 were selected as the reference group.Conventional nursing management was applied in the reference group,and comprehensive nursing management was applied in the experimental group.The scores of nursing quality,occurrence of nosocomial infection and nursing service satisfaction were analyzed before and after management in the two groups.Results(1)The scores of nursing quality before management in the outpatient department of otolaryngology were consistent,and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was relatively low.After management,the outpatient department of otolaryngology in the experimental group was compared with the patient management in the control group.The scores of supplies preparation,instrument management,disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene and nursing documents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was relatively high.(2)Compared with the control group(14.63%),the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower in the experimental group after nursing(0.00%),and P<0.05 indicated a relatively high difference.(3)The outpatient patients in the Otolaryngology Department of the experimental group after nursing(95.12%),compared with the patients in the reference group after nursing(80.49%),the nursing service satisfaction degree is higher,P<0.05 indicates that the difference is relatively high.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management in the outpatient department of otolaryngology can effectively improve the quality of outpatient care,effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
