Studying Important Exposition of“Three New Development”and Improving Drug Regulation

本文以“新发展阶段、新发展理念、新发展格局”为指导,结合山东省医药产业实际,从学习领会“三个新发展”重要论述、学习领会“三个新发展”体现的方法论、按照“三个新发展”要求做好药品监管工作3个方面进行了阐述。以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法论为指导,提出以党的建设为统领,以“四个最严”为根本要求,紧紧围绕确保药品百分之百安全的目标,以超常规手段,推进安全提升、鲁药振兴、铁军锻造三大行动,护佑人民群众健康安全。

Guided by the“new development stage,new development philosophy and new development paradigm”,based on current situation of the pharmaceutical industry in Shandong,this paper focuses on three aspects:studying the important exposition of“three new development”,learning the methodology embodied in the“three new development”exposition,and improving drug supervision in accordance with requirements of the“three new development”.Guided by the methodology of dialectical and historical materialism and party construction,this paper proposes to take the“four strictest”requirements as the fundamental requirements,focus on the goal of ensuring 100%drug safety,and use unconventional means to promote the three major initiatives of safety promotion,revitalization of Shandong medicine and capacity building,so as to protect public health and safety.
