Study Report on Online Drug Sales in the Jurisdiction

本文对2020年5~11月重庆市12家从事网络销售的药品批发企业和零售连锁企业总部开展专题调研,从我国药品网络销售法律法规及监管现状、辖区药品网络经营销售现状入手,重点分析重庆市药品网络销售存在的问题,着力探索规范药品网络销售监管机制,并提出相应的对策和建议。

This article introduces a research project on 12 online drug trading enterprises in Chongqing,including wholesalers and retail chains,conducted from May to November 2020.Covering the current situation of laws and regulations on online drug sales in China and the current situation of online drug sales in the jurisdiction,this research focuses on analyzing problems with online drug sales in Chongqing,strives to explore mechanisms for standardizing the regulation of drug online sales,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
