量测装置优化配置下的分布式配电网故障定位方法 被引量:6

摘要 变电站端故障监测"高阻"现象可能使得配电网故障定位失败。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种量测装置优化配置下的分布式配电网故障定位方法。所提方法的主要特点是在量测装置全局最优配置下,基于故障暂态信号的时间特性实现分布式故障区段定位。首先,改进的l2,1主元分析方法被用来识别配电网中状态变化敏感的节点作为全局最优配置位置,然后根据配置结果构建了故障监测域并得到故障监测增广矩阵,进而给出故障区段判别规则,最后依据行波测距基础理论完成故障点定位。使用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建的改进IEEE34节点馈线系统进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明所提方法能准确识别出故障区段且对过渡阻抗具有较强的鲁棒性,定位结果不受故障类型、故障位置的影响。 The"high impedance"at a substation may become a main cause of the failure of the fault location in the distribution network.A distributed fault location method is proposed for distribution networks under measuring devices’optimal configuration for resolving the problem.The key features of the proposed method are that under the globally optimal placement of the measuring devices,the distribution fault section location is realized based on the temporal characteristics of the faulty transient signals.Firstly,the improved l2,1 principal component analysis is used to identify the sensitive nodes in the distribution network,which will be taken as the globally optimal configuration locations for the measuring devices.Then the fault monitoring domain is constructed and the fault monitoring augmented matrix is obtained according to the configuration results.Furthermore,the fault section identification rules are presented to identify the fault section,and the fault point is located according to the basic theory of the traveling wave method.An improved IEEE 34-node feeder system is modeled with the PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation results show the proposed method can accurately identify the fault sections and has strong robustness to the transition impedance.The locating results are not affected by the fault types and the fault positions.
