旋流煤粉燃烧器低负荷稳燃技术探讨 被引量:20

摘要 随着可再生能源发电比例的不断提高,煤电作为基础调节能源,承担着负荷调节的关键角色。作为燃煤锅炉的关键核心设备,旋流煤粉燃烧器的低负荷稳燃性能直接决定着整体锅炉系统的运行可靠性及经济性。该文在总结常规低负荷稳燃措施及其不足的基础上,系统分析了制约旋流煤粉燃烧器低负荷稳燃性能深度提升的主要因素。在此基础上,分别从强化煤粉高效浓缩及高温烟气回流、优化燃烧器运行参数、构建不同负荷下相似的煤粉燃烧特性,以及低负荷下旋流煤粉燃烧机理研究等方面,探讨了提升旋流煤粉燃烧器低负荷稳燃性能的可行性路径及技术措施,为强稳燃能力旋流煤粉燃烧器设计提供了理论及技术借鉴。 As the proportion of renewable energy in power generation continues to increase, coal-fired boilers lead a function of basic adjustable energy source and play a key role in flexible peak power regulation. As the key core equipment of the coal-fired boiler, the stable combustion performance of swirl pulverized-coal burner under low load directly determines the operational reliability and economy of the overall boiler system. Based on the summary of conventional low-load stable combustion measures and their shortcomings, this work systematically analyzed the main factors that restrict the deep improvement of the low-load stable combustion performance of swirl pulverized coal burners. On this basis, from four aspects, including enhancing the high-efficiency concentration of pulverized coal and high-temperature flue gas recirculation, optimizing the burner operation parameters, constructing similar pulverized coal combustion characteristics under different loads, and conducting systematic study on swirl pulverized-coal combustion mechanism at low loads, the feasible paths and technical measures to improve the low-load stable combustion performance of the swirl pulverized coal burner were discussed in detail, and a certain theoretical and technical reference for the design of the swirl pulverized coal burner with strong combustion stability are provided.
