复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical effect and safety of compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol in the treatment of intestinal adhesion

目的探讨复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取邯郸市第二医院2018年2月—2020年3月收治的肠粘连患者96例,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予聚乙二醇治疗,观察组给予复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗。比较2组临床疗效、腹痛评分、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1(IL-1)、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,腹痛评分、TNF-α、IL-1、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方消化酶胶囊联合聚乙二醇治疗肠粘连的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者症状,减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol in the treatment of intestinal adhesion.Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with intestinal adhesion were selected from February 2018 to March 2020 in Handan Second Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyethylene glycol,and the observation group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol.The clinical efficacy,abdominal pain score,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the abdominal pain score,TNF-α,IL-1 and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound digestive enzyme capsule combined with polyethylene glycol in the treatment of intestinal adhesion has definite clinical effect,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,and with high safety.
