右心耳切除术矫治难治性房性心动过速一例

A case of right atrial appendage resection to correct refractory atrial tachycardia

摘要 通过回顾性分析1例右心耳切除术矫治难治性房性心动过速(房速)的临床资料,探讨难治性房速的临床特点以及右心耳切除术的手术适应证与效果。儿童房速以起源于心耳最为常见,对于抗心律失常药物治疗无效的儿童房速,射频消融是安全且有效的治疗方法。射频消融术复发率较高,对于反复复发病例,心耳切除术是行之有效的补充治疗方法。
