摘要
为了分析大型建设项目对城市交通的影响情况,通过交通规划四阶段法,以某市新建大型商业综合体项目为例,利用Transcad软件首先采用交通生成模型类别生成率法预测拟建项目出行生成量,再进行出行方式划分,对新增交通量在研究范围内进行交通分布和交通分配,研究了拟建项目所产生的交通量对规划路网的影响程度。结果表明:评价范围内部分路段饱和度显著增长;部分交叉口服务水平明显降低。可见大型项目建设过程中必须同步开展道路交通综合改善及管理措施,从而为评价范围创造一个良好的交通运行环境。
In order to analyze the impact of large-scale construction projects on the urban traffic,the construction of a large-sale commercial complex project in a certain city was taken as an example.The transcad software and four-phase traffic planning method were used to study the influence of the traffic generated by the proposed project on the planned road network.At first,the traffic generation model and category generation rate method were used to predict the travel volume of the proposed project.Then the travel mode was split,and the traffic distribution was carried out within the scope of the new traffic volume.The results showed that the saturation of some road sections within the evaluation range increased significantly.The service levels at some intersections decreased significantly.It could be concluded that,the comprehensive road traffic improvement and management measures must be carried out simultaneously during the construction of a large-scale project,so as to create a good traffic operation environment for the evaluation scope.
