炼焦煤镜质体反射率及其分布图辨识与分析 被引量:4

Identification and analysis of vitrinite reflectance and its distribution of coking coal

摘要 为了更好地解析炼焦煤的镜质体反射率及其分布图,阐述了各类混煤的镜质体反射率分布的形态和特征,提出一种直观辨别镜质体反射率分布图中凹口的方法。分析了各类混煤在炼焦配煤中的作用——天然的简单无凹口混煤可视为单一煤层煤;1个凹口的相同煤阶的混煤可视为简单无凹口混煤;天然的1个凹口的相邻煤阶的混煤可视为介于两种相邻煤阶间的一种过渡性煤种;1个凹口的相间煤阶的混煤其适配性不好,配入后会导致焦炭质量波动;2个及2个以上凹口的混煤多为人工混配制得,其适配性较差,对配煤炼焦具有一定的危害性。各类混煤在新资源开发引进过程中应着重考察其与现行配煤体系的适配性。 In order to better analyze the vitrinite reflectance of coking coal and its distribution map,the morphology and characteristics of vitrinite reflectance distribution of various mixed coal were described,and a method that directly identified the gap in the vitrinite reflectance distribution map was proposed.The functions of various blended coal in coal blending were analyzed.The natural simple non-gap mixed coal was regarded as single coal seam coal.The blended coal of the same rank with one gap was regarded as simple non-gap mixed coal.The blended coal of the natural adjacent rank with one gap was deemed to be a transitional coal type between two adjacent ranks.The blended coal of the interphase rank with one gap had poor adaptability,which would lead to fluctuation of coke quality.The blended coal of two or more gaps was mostly prepared manually,and its poor adaptability had certain harm to coal blending for coking.During the development and introduction of new resources,the suitability of various blended coal with the existing coal blending system should be investigated.
