摘要
从积极心理学视域出发,在学校管理层面,实施精准化资助育人行动计划,加强育人队伍建设;在学生自助层面,倡导个性化成长,参与个人心理素质提升项目、参加各类团体实践活动。探索精准化资助育人工作路径,确保育人成效。
From the perspective of positive psychology,we should carry out targeted education action plan of funding on the school management level to strengthen the construction of education team;on the level of students'self-help,we should advocate personalized growth,participate in personal psychological quality improvement projects,and participate in all kinds of group practice activities.The path of targeted funding for education is explored to ensure the effectiveness of education.
