持续质量改进在呼吸科患者痰标本留取中的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨持续质量改进在呼吸科患者痰标本留取中的效果。方法:100例患者均分为观察、对照两组,分被接受持续质量改进护理治疗和常规护理治疗。对比两组的SAS评分SDS评分、护理人员的护理质量及标本的合格率进行判定,判断持续质量改进在呼吸科患者痰标本留取效果。结果:观察组患者的SAS评分SDS评分低于对照组患者,观察组患者对护理人员五个维度的护理质量认可度(评分)均高与对照组,观察组患者的标本合格率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进在呼吸科患者痰标本留取中的效果良好,有效提升了痰标本的合格留取数,具备较强的临床应用价值。
