德国《时代》周报“中国制造2025”报道中的中国形象

摘要 采用内容分析法,对德国《时代》周报2015年5月至2020年12月间刊发的涉及“中国制造2025”的所有报道进行分析研究,可知,德国《时代》周报对“中国制造2025”态度颇为纠结、复杂。具体表现为:对中国经济发展、中德贸易伙伴关系的认可,对中国投资的欢迎,对中国国际地位提升的认知,对中美贸易冲突的中立态度,对本国技术优势不再的担忧,对德企在华市场准入难、遭遇不公平经济环境的抱怨等。如此纠结的态度背后原因有三:对华贸易需求的增强、对中国和平崛起这一事实的认知及传统地缘战略竞争思维作祟。 This paper adopts the content analysis for all the reports related to“Made in China 2025”published by Zeit from May 2015 to December 2020.It finds that Zeit delivers reports on the“Made-in-China 2025”policy,economic situation in China,Sino-German and Sino-EU trade activities,Sino-US trade war and China’s political situation with the focus especially on China’s economic situation,Sino-German and Sino-EU trade activities and Sino-US trade war.Furthermore,it is also found that the attitude of Zeit towards“Made-in-China 2025”is rather complicated,which can be demonstrated by its recognition of China’s economic development,Sino-German trade partnership and China’s international status promotion,its welcome of China’s investment,its neutral attitude towards Sino-US trade conflicts,its worry about the loss of its own technical advantages,as well as its complaints about the difficult access to the market and unfair economic environment of German enterprises in China.There are three reasons behind such a tangled attitude:the increasing demand for China’s trade,the recognition of the fact that China’s peaceful rise and the traditional geostrategic competitive thinking.
