新基建的大力推进使得传统城市社区管理模式问题凸显,如社区管理信息化水平不高,管理人员信息素质参差不齐,信息资源平台共享不畅,硬件建设不完善等。社区管理应立足新基建的新思想、新思维、新技术和新人才的新要求,转变观念,创新思维,充分利用新技术推广应用符合新基建特色的社区管理软件,构建满足新基建发展要求的信息化人才队伍,推广社区网格化管理模式,大力构建智慧社区,有效整合信息资源,人“基”合力,优化社区管理模式,引领社区发展。

The great promotion of new infrastructure makes the problems of traditional urban community management mode prominent:the information level of community management is not high,the information quality of managers is uneven,the information resources sharing platform is not smooth,and the hardware construction is not perfect.Community management should be based on new infrastructure of new thoughts,new thinking,new technology and new requirements,new talent changing ideas,innovative thinking,with a full use of new technology popularization and application characteristic of community management software,in line with the new infrastructure construction to meet the requirements of its informationization talent team,so as to promote community grids management pattern,vigorously build the intelligence community,effectively integrate information resources,and optimize the community management mode,for the purpose of community development.
