菲律宾中文教学资源现状及发展策略研究

On the Current Status and Developmental Strategy ofChinese Teaching Resources in the Philippines

东南亚地区是中文教学建设最好的地区之一,其中菲律宾是典型的中文教学资源探索型国家,但有关菲律宾中文资源建设的研究极少,至今还未见较为系统的研究成果。文章对21世纪以来菲律宾中文教学资源发展现状进行了较为全面的信息收集和系统梳理,发现菲律宾国家政策的转变,使中文教学资源的层级相对丰富,普及程度逐渐提高。但由于菲律宾外语政策上缺乏顶层设计与统一标准,导致中文教学资源的发展出现不均衡等问题。文章认为,加强顶层设计与高端人才培养,继续与本土专家合作提升本土化教材质量,整合分散的教学资源搭建教材共享平台,利用网络技术构建数字化中文社区,与产业力量合作大力发展中文在线教育等发展策略,可为未来菲律宾中文教学资源建设提供决策参考。

Southeast Asia is one of the best regions for the implementation of Chinese teaching,and the Philippines is a typical country exploring Chinese teaching resources.However,there is little research on the construction of Chinese teaching resources in the Philippine,and so far there are no systematic research findings.The paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review of the current status of Chinese teaching resources in the Philippines since the 21st century.It is found that with the change of the national policies in the Philippines,Chinese teaching resources are increasing at all levels of its national education.However,due to the lack of top-level design and unified standards in its foreign-language policy,there are still some imbalances in the development of Chinese teaching resources.The paper argues that strengthening top-level design and high-level talent training,cooperating with local experts to improve the quality of localized teaching materials,integrating scattered teaching resources,building teaching-material-sharing platforms,using network technology to build the digital Chinese community as well as cooperating with industrial forces to develop Chinese online education will have much decision-making reference for the future construction of Chinese teaching resources in the Philippines.
