摘要 目的:设计一套军队疗养健康管理信息系统,利用信息化手段提升特勤人员的健康管理水平和疗养保障质量。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,主要分为数据层、应用层和门户层。整个系统采用J2EE、可扩展标记语言(extensible markup language,XML)及Web Service技术设计,包括健康管理及评估子系统、健康干预子系统、健康数据离线采集及导入子系统和辅助功能子系统4个部分。结果:该系统为特勤人员提供了先进的数字化健康管理平台,可为其提供健康评估、健康干预、健康随访等全方位、全流程的健康服务。结论:该系统规范了特勤人员的健康管理流程,实现了特勤人员的精确化保障、规范化管理,同时对战斗力保持和提高起到了促进作用。 Objective To build a set of military convalescent health management information system to improve health management and convalescence support for special service personnel by informatized means.Methods The system adopted a Browser/Server(B/S)architecture and was mainly divided into a data layer,an application layer and a portal layer,which was designed using J2EE,extensible markup language(XML)and Web Service technology,and consisted of four parts:health management and assessment subsystem,health intervention subsystem,health data offline collection and import subsystem and auxiliary functions subsystem.Results The system provided an advanced digital health management platform for special service personnel,which contributed to a full range of health service such as health assessment,health intervention and health follow-up.Conclusion The system standardizes the health management process and achieves precise support and normalized management for special service personnel,while promoting the maintenance and improvement of combat effectiveness.
