适于检伤机器人的失血性休克检测技术指标筛选研究

摘要 目的:为适于灾难现场的检伤机器人筛选出“又准又快”的失血性休克检测技术指标。方法:以《创伤失血性休克诊治中国急诊专家共识》《低血容量休克复苏指南》和《无创技术检测失血性休克严重程度的现状与进展》作为失血性休克程度评估指标的来源,首先经现场适用性评估筛选出适于检伤机器人现场测量的指标,然后对这些指标进行准确性、时效性和综合性评估,得到各指标的综合评分结果。结果:经过现场适用性评估筛选出16个适于检伤机器人现场测量的失血性休克程度评估指标。综合性评分排名前五的指标为呼吸频率(红外传感器测量)、肌氧饱和度、脉压、脉压差和皮温,可作为检伤机器人现场评估失血性休克程度的指标。结论:该研究筛选出的失血性休克检测指标兼顾了检测的准确性和时效性,能够实现检伤机器人在失血性休克程度评估方面“又准又快”的目标。 Objective To screen out"accurate and fast"technical indicators for hemorrhagic shock detection by the triage robot at the disaster scene.Methods Firstly the indicators for assessing hemorrhagic shock were taken based on field suitability considerations from"Chinese emergency medicine expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hemorrhagic shock","Guidelines for resuscitation of hypovolemic shock"and"Status and progress of non-invasive techniques for detecting severity of hemorrhagic shock",then were evaluated on accuracy,timeliness and comprehensiveness to obtain respective results.Results Totally 16 technical indicators were selected after field suitability assessment for hemorrhagic shock detection by the triage robot at the disaster scene,of which,the top five ones including the respiratory rate(measured by infrared sensors),muscle oxygen saturation,pulse pressure,pulse pressure difference and skin temperature could be used for hemorr-hagic shock detection by the triage robot at the disaster scene.Conclusion The technical indicators selected take considera-tions on the detection accuracy and timeliness as well as the degree of hemorrhagic shock,so that the triage robot can execute hemorrhagic shock assessment accurately and rapidly.
