一款中药热敷机的设计

Design of Chinese medicine hot compress machine

目的:设计一款安全型智能中药热敷机,以解决治疗过程烦琐、治疗时间长、热敷温度不稳定的问题,达到保健和治疗的目的。方法:该中药热敷机主要由加热装置、冷却装置、热敷装置、控制装置及显示装置5个部分组成,附加装置为中药热敷机支架。其中加热装置由原料室、漏斗、储药室、加热板4个部分组成,冷却装置由冷却室和冷却内芯构成,热敷装置由阀芯和喷头构成。除冷却内芯和储药室内壁外都采用304钢材料制作,冷却内芯采用半导体材料,储药室内壁采用砂岩材质,热敷材料采用竹纤维毛巾。结果:该中药热敷机可智能化控制加热温度、时间及热敷温度,提高了热敷疗效。结论:该中药热敷机操作简便、安全性高,具有较好的保健和治疗效果,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To design a safe and intelligent Chinese medicine hot compress machine to solve the problems of the existing devices in tedious treatment process,long treatment time and unstable temperature of hot compress for health care and treatment purpose.Methods The Chinese medicine hot compress machine mainly consisted of a heating unit,a cooling uint,a hot compress unit,a control unit,a display unit as well as an aditional support.The heating uint was composed of a raw material chamber,a funnel,a medicine storage chamber and a heating plate;the cooling unit was made up of a cooling chamber and a cooling core;the hot compress unit included a valve core and a nozzle.The machine was made of 304 steel except the cooling core and the wall of the medicine storage chamber,which had the cooling core made of semiconductor material,the wall of the medicine storage chamber made of sandstone and the bamboo fibre towel used as the hot compress material.Results The machine designed controlled the heating temperature and time as well as the hot compress temperature intelligently,and enhanced the efficiency of hot compress greatly.Conclusion The machine designed gains advantages in easy operation and high safety,and is worthy promoting for health care and clinical treatment.
