21世纪是知识经济时代的社会,而知识经济时代的基本特征之一便是将现代信息技术普遍应用于当今社会各行各业中。高等院校作为综合性建设部门,加大力度发展教学管理现代信息技术、加快教学管理现代化、为课堂教学带来升级更新的优质服务是教学管理任务改革创新的必经之路。该文具体分析了现阶段高等院校教学管理信息化建设中存在的一些具体问题,并提出了发展教学管理现代信息技术的对策。

The 21 st century is a society in the era of knowledge economy,and one of the basic characteristics of the era of knowledge economy is the universal application of modern information technology to all walks of life in today’s society.As a comprehensive department of construction,it is the only way of colleges and universities to reform and innovate teaching management by providing classroom teaching with newer quality services through the vigorous application of modern information technology to teaching management.This paper specifically analyzes some specific problems in the information-based construction of teaching management in colleges and universities at this stage,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to complete the information-based construction of teaching management.
