“三全育人”格局下高校基层党建工作优化路径探究

A Probe into the Optimization Path of the Party Building Work at the Basic Level of Colleges and Universities under the Pattern of“Three-dimensional Education”

立足于"三全育人"格局,按照新时代党的建设总要求,实现高校"三全育人"与党建工作质量提升的视域融合,协同促进双落实,构建学校、家庭、社会与学生四方协同、从入学教育到步入社会全过程、课上课下与线上线下全方位的党建工作机制,破解高校党建工作中遇到的"单一化"挑战、"两张皮"现象和"三个环节"脱节等问题,提高高校基层党建工作质量。

Based on the pattern of"three-dimensional education",in accordance with the general requirements of Party building in the new era,it is necessary to realize the visual integration of"three-dimensional education"and the quality improvement of the Party building work,collaboratively promote the implementation of the two,and construct an online and offline all-rounded mechanism for the Party building work both in class and after class based on the four-party cooperation of schools,families,the society and students throughout the whole process from receiving entrance education at school to entering the society,so as to solve the"singularity"challenge,"two skins"phenomenon and disconnection of"three links"in the Party building work of colleges and universities,thus improving the quality of the Party building work at the basic level of colleges and universities.
