摘要 目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)结合循证医学(Evidence-Based Medicine,EBM)在临床分子诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法:选择宁夏医科大学2016级医学检验技术专业41名本科生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(21人)和对照组(20人),实验组采用PBL结合EBM教学法,对照组采用传统LBL(LectureBased Learning)教学法,两组均通过成绩考核及问卷调查结果评价教学效果,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:实验组学生在文献检索能力、解决问题能力、交流表达能力、团队合作能力及对教学模式的满意度方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合EBM教学模式优于传统LBL教学法,能够提高学生的综合素质及临床能力。 Objective:To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)in clinical molecular diagnostics teaching.Methods:A total of 41 undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology from Ningxia Medical University of 2016 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group(21 students)and the control group(20 students).The experimental group adopted PBL combined with EBM teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional LBL(lecture-based learning)teaching method.Both groups evaluated the teaching effect through the result of achievement assessment and questionnaire survey,and SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:Students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of literature retrieval ability,problem solving ability,communication and expression ability,teamwork ability and satisfaction with teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with EBM teaching mode is better than the traditional LBL teaching method and can improve students’comprehensive quality and clinical ability.
