Reflections on Academic Burnout of College Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校学生普遍存在缺乏学习兴趣、学习动力的学业倦怠现象,主要成因是高职学生文化基础薄弱,缺乏理想信念,把自己定义为"失败者",对学习丧失兴趣。此外,教学内容相对陈旧、教学方式缺乏吸引力也是引起学生学业倦怠的因素之一。高职院校需要不断为学生创设积极的教学情境,引导学生树立远大的职业理想,激发学生的内在动力,并通过产教融合、校企合作、工学结合等教学改革改变传统的教学方式,提升学生的职业技能,同时积极促进教师成长,推动教材改革,运用现代信息技术改进教学,提升课程教学的吸引力。 College students in higher vocational colleges generally have the phenomenon of academic burnout,such as lack of interest in learning,lack of passion,and lack of motivation.The main causes are shown in the weak cultural foundation of higher vocational students,lack of ideals,definition of themselves as losers and lack of interest in learning.Of course,the relatively old teaching content of teachers and the lack of attractive teaching methods are also one of the factors that cause students’academic burnout.Higher vocational colleges need to constantly create positive situations for students,guide students to set up lofty career ideals,and stimulate students’internal motivation,and use the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,the combination of work and study and other teaching reforms to change the traditional teaching methods,and improve the vocational skills of students.At the same time,they should also actively promote the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching,promote the growth of teachers,and promote them to use modern information technology to improve teaching and enhance the attractiveness of curriculum.
