摘要
香附在《本草纲目》中有"气病之总司,女科之主帅"的美称,为疏肝解郁、妇科调经之要药,受到历代医家的重视与青睐,广泛用于治疗肝郁气滞证与诸多妇科病证.通过查阅文献,概述古代本草中对香附的炮制、功效、应用等描述以及现代的药理研究,对其功效、应用和现代相关研究作一综述.
In Compendium of Materia Medica,Cyperus rotundus L.was crowned with the title of the manager of Qi disease and the genend of gynecology,in order to emphasize its unique and outstanding curative effect.Cyperus rctiindus L.has the function of soothing liver-Qi stagnation and regulating menstruation,which is highly valued by countless doctors throughout the ages.Thus Cyperus rotundus L.is widely used in curing liver-Qi stagnation and many kinds of gynaecopalhia.By referring to many academic articles and Herbology works,we tried to make a summary of Cyperus rotundus L.,including ancient descriptions of its processing methods,curative functions,clinical applications and pharmacological actions,and relevant modern research into it.
