氯吡格雷联合曲克芦丁、疏血通治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及对LPO、sICAM-1、ADL评分的影响

Clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with Troxerutin and Shuxuetong in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on LPO,sICAM-1 and ADL scores

目的研究氯吡格雷联合曲克芦丁、疏血通治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效以及对患者LPO、sICAM-1、ADL评分的影响.方法将2018年10月~2019年10月在我院接受治疗的104例脑梗死患者的临床相关资料作为研究对象,按照治疗方式差异将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者使用氯吡格雷进行治疗,观察组在此基础上增加疏血通、曲克芦丁联合治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效差异.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组患者(80.77%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者LPO及sICAM-1指标水平差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组两项指标水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗之前两组患者凝血相关指标Fg、APTT、TT以及PT的差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的Fg明显低于对照组,APTT、TT以及PT明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者ADL评分差异不大,组间对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组ADL评分升高更明显,生活活动能力恢复更好(P<0.05).结论氯吡格雷联合曲克芦丁、疏血通治疗脑梗死患者具有良好的临床应用价值,患者治疗后血栓形成风险明显降低,凝血功能得以改善,患者预后功能恢复效果也较为明显.具有较高的临床应用价值和远期预后改善意义,值得在临床治疗中应用推广.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with Troxerutin and Shuxuetong in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influenc on LPO,sICAM-l and ADL scores.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according lo the difference of nursing methods.The patients in the control group were teated!with clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong and troxerutin on the basis of|hisand the elinieal efcacy diferences between the Iwo groups were compared.Result The total fective rate of the observation group(92.31%)was signifcantly higher than that of the control group(80.77%)(P<0.05);there was no significant diference in LPO and sICAM-1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after tre atment(P<0.05);the coagulation related indexes FG,APTT,TT and Pr of the two groups before treatment were not signifieantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,FG of the.observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,APTT,TT and PT were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,APTT,TT and PT were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);before treatment,he ADL.score of the two groups had no significant difference,and the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the observation group increased more significantly.,and the recovery of living activity ability was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with Troxerutin and Shuxuetong has good elinical application value in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Afer treatmen,the risk of thrombosis is signifieantly reduc ed,the coagulation function is improved.and the recovery effect of prognosis function is more obvious.It has high elinical application value and long-ferm prognosis improvement signifeance,which is worthy of application and promotion in elinical treatmenl.
