膝关节镜手术患者围术期护理中的ERAS应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of ERAS in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing knee arthroscopy

目的探讨膝关节镜手术患者围术期护理中应用加速康复外科理念(ERAS)的效果.方法选取我院收治行膝关节镜手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例.对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组行围术期ERAS护理.对比两组疼痛程度、膝关节活动恢复时间、膝关节评分、住院时间及费用、护理满意度.结果观察术后各时间点观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后膝关节活动程度恢复至30°、60°、90°及120°时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,住院时间及费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论ERAS应用于膝关节镜手术患者围术期护理中可减轻其疼痛程度,加快患者膝关节恢复,降低住院时间及费用,提升膝关节恢复效果,提高其护理满意度.

Objective To explore the efeet of applying the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent knee arthroscopy in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received perioperative ERAS nursing.The pain degree,knee joint activity recovery time,knee joint score,hospitalization time and cost,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the ohservation group were lower than those of the control group at each time point after the operation(P<0.05);the time for the observation group to reeover to 30°,60°,90°and 120°ater the operation was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The Lysholm knee score of the observation group was higher than that of the contrl group,and the length of hospitalization and expenses were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaetion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conc lusion The application of ERAS in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing knee arthroscopy can reduce their pain,speed u the reoovery of the knee joint,reduce hospitalization time and expenses,improve the effect of knee joint recovery,and improve their nursing satisfartion.
