针药结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁的应用与疾病转归分析

Application of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction and analysis of disease outcome

目的研究针药结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁的效果与疾病转归情况.方法选择2017年11月~2019年10月在本院收治的60例脑梗死后抑郁患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为实验组与对照组,每组30例.对照组实施单纯药物治疗,实验组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,对比两组治疗前后心理状态评分、生活质量及治疗效果.结果治疗前两组焦虑、抑郁评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组心理状态评分明显优于对照组,焦虑(t=7.7751,P=0.0000)、抑郁(t=7.2279,P=0.0000);实验组生活质量评分优于对照组,心理功能(t=2.6656,P=0.0099)、躯体功能(t=2.3256,P=0.0236)、精神健康(t=12.0937,P=0.0000)、社会功能(t=6.0049,P=0.0000);实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(x^(2)=7.6800,P=0.0055),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死后抑郁患者应用针药结合的方式治疗,效果较显著,可明显改善患者的预后情况,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on depression after cerebral infarction and the outcome of the disease.Met hods A total of 60 patients with post-infarction depression admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received simple drug therapy,and the experimental group received combined acupuncture therapy on this basis.The psychological status score,quality of life and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Resu Its Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,psychological status scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,anxiety(t=7.7751,P=0.0000)and depression(t=7.2279,P=0.0000).The quality of life scores of the experimental group were better than the control group,including psychologicril function(t=2.6656,P=0.0099),physical function(t=2.3256,7=0.0236),mental health(t=12.0937,7=0.0000)and social function(t=6.0049,t^=0.0000).The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(X^(2)=7.6800,P=0.0055),the difference was statislically significant(t=0.05).Cone I us i on Acupuncture combined with medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
