德州市2016~2018年医疗机构法定传染病网络直报现状分析

目的了解德州市法定传染病网络直报情况,分析医疗机构传染病报告特点和影响因素,为进一步提高传染病疫情监测质量提供参考.方法导出2016~2018年传染病报告信息管理系统中德州市网络直报单位报告的全部法定传染病卡片(包括已删除卡),对报告及时性、审核及时性、卡片完整性等进行统计分析.结果2016年1月1日~2018年12月31日,德州市累计报告法定传染病报告卡58715张.各年份不同类型报告单位占比有统计学差异(P<0.001).不同类型报告单位从诊断到报告的时间间隔有统计学差异(P<0.001).各县市区从报告到审核的时间间隔有统计学差异(P<0.001).不同类型报告单位卡片完整率有统计学差异(P<0.001).结论德州市医疗机构需进一步提高法定传染病报告质量.

Objective To understand the current status of notifiable communieable diseases reporting in medical institutions in Dezhou,and analye the characteristics and influencing factors,to provide reference for further improving the quality of conmunieable diseases surveillance.Methods Export all notifiable communicable diseases cards(including deleted cards)reported in Chinese information system for disease control and prevention from 2016 to 2018.Statistical analysis was made on the timely reporting rat,the timely verifying rate,and completeness rate of reporting eards.Result A total of 58715 cards were reported from 2016 to 2018.A slatistical diference was found in proportion of different types of medical institutions in different years(P<0.001).Statistieal differences existed in the timeliness of medical diagnosis reporting among different lypes of medical institutions(P<0.001),the timeliness of reporting verifying in different counties(P<0.001)and the completeness.rate of dfferent lypes of medical institutions(P<0.001).Conclusion The reporting quality of notifiable communieable diseases needs to be further improved in medical institutions in Dezhou City.
