摘要
新冠肺炎疫情突发时,医疗废物的有效处理是防疫工作的重要支撑保障环节。首先对新冠肺炎医疗废物的性质及特点进行剖析,收集疫区相关统计数据,获取疫情期间医疗废物储运问题的特征。然后结合物联网及大数据相关的信息化技术,构建了一个医疗废物智能管控平台,并对疫情环境下医疗废物储运的应急指挥系统进行了详细设计。同时提出了构建疫情下医疗废物储运问题的数学模型,利用优化算法对其进行优化,得到了适应疫情突发状况的医疗废物储运策略,可为公共卫生安全防护防治决策提供理论支持。
When the epidemic COVID-19 broke out, the effective treatment of medical waste became an important support and guarantee segment of epidemic prevention. The article first analyzed the nature and characteristics of the medical waste, collected relevant statistical data of the epidemic area, and obtained the characteristics of medical waste storage and transportation during the epidemic. Then combined with the Internet of things and big data related information technology, an intelligent management and control platform for medical waste was constructed, and the emergency command system of medical waste storage and transportation in the epidemic situation was designed in detail. At the same time, a mathematical model for the construction of medical waste storage and transportation under the epidemic situation was proposed, and the idea of optimizing it with the optimization algorithm was proposed, so as to obtain a medical waste storage and transportation strategy that adapted to the emergency situation of the epidemic, which could provide theoretical support for public health safety protection decisions.
