Application effect of ADDIE model in standardized training of professional caregivers

摘要 目的探讨ADDIE培训模式在医院专业陪护规范化培训中的应用效果。方法应用ADDIE培训模式从分析、设计、开发、实施、评价5个阶段对46名医院专业陪护人员进行理论知识和照护技能的培训,观察培训前后陪护人员知识、技能的合格率,患者、科室护士对陪护人员的满意度及陪护质量。结果培训后,陪护人员理论知识和照护技能的合格率分别从4.35%、17.39%提高到93.48%,患者对陪护人员的总体满意度从80.49%提高到95.00%,科室护士对陪护人员的总体满意度从77.50%提高到90.00%,陪护质控得分从(84.09±6.72)分提高到(90.15±4.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用ADDIE培训模式对专业陪护人员进行理论知识和照护技能的培训,可以有效提高陪护人员的照护能力和陪护质量,提升患者及护士的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of ADDIE model in the standardized training of professional caregivers.Methods The theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of 46 hospital professional caregivers were trained by ADDIE training mode from five stages of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation.The qualified rate of knowledge and skills of the caregivers before and after the training,the satisfaction of patients and department nurses to the caregivers and the nursing quality were observed.Results After the training,the qualification rate of theoretical knowledge and care skills of the professional caregivers increased from 4.35%and 17.39%to 93.48%,respectively.The overall satisfaction of the patients with the professional caregivers increased from 80.49%to 95.00%,and the overall satisfaction of the nurses with the professional caregivers increased from 77.50%to 90.00%,The quality control score of professional caregivers increased from(84.09±6.72)points to(90.15±4.37)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Using the ADDIE model to train professional caregiver with theoretical knowledge and care skills can effectively improve their care ability and quality,and improve the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
