摘要
芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)能产生多种抑制真菌的物质,对植物病原真菌具有良好的抑制效果,已成功应用于包括桑树真菌类病害在内的多种植物真菌类病害的生物防治。本文综述了近几年国内外有关生防芽孢杆菌抑菌物质的研究进展,包括生防芽孢杆菌抑真菌物质的种类、抑菌作用机制及其在桑树和其他植物真菌病害生物防治中的研究与应用现状,同时对生防芽孢杆菌在桑椹菌核病防治方面的应用前景进行了展望,以期为未来研发和应用新型生防菌剂防治桑树真菌病害提供参考。
As Bacillus can produce a variety of antifungal substances and has good antifungal effect on plant pathogenic fungi,it has been successfully applied in the biological control of plant diseases including mulberry fungal diseases.In this article,we reviewed the researches home and abroad on antifungal substances produced by biocontrol Bacillus in recent years,including the types of antifungal substances,the antifungal mechanism,and its application in the biological control of mulberry and other plant fungal diseases.Finally,the application of biocontrol Bacillus in the prevention and treatment of mulberry sclerotiniose was predicted,so as to provide a reference for the development and application of new biocontrol agents in the future.
