新疆某三甲医院抗肿瘤辅助用药应用合理性分析

Analysis on the rationality of the application of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs in a third-class hospital in Xinjiang

目的对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院抗肿瘤辅助用药的使用情况和合理性进行探讨,为临床抗肿瘤辅助用药安全、合理使用提供参考。方法调取2017年6月1日至2017年11月31日新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院(以下简称"本院")销售额排名前五的抗肿瘤辅助用药作为重点干预抗肿瘤辅助用药,将肿瘤患者入院次数相对集中的科室(肿瘤内科、放疗科、乳腺甲状腺外科)作为重点干预科室开展抗肿瘤辅助用药的药学干预。考察药师干预前后我院抗肿瘤辅助用药的使用情况和合理性。结果干预后我院抗肿瘤辅助用药合理率呈上升趋势,其中康莱特注射液合理率显著升高(P <0.05),部分抗肿瘤辅助用药在适应症、用法用量方面较干预前合理率显著升高(P <0.01)。重点干预的五种抗肿瘤辅助用药的使用率较干预前有所下降,但无统计学差异。结论药师干预能有效促进我院抗肿瘤辅助用药的合理使用。为规范抗肿瘤辅助用药的合理使用提供参考。

Objective To explore the use and rationality of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and provide reference for the safe and rational use of clinical antineoplastic adjuvant drugs. Methods The anti-tumor adjuvant drugs with the top five sales amounts in the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital")from June 1, 2017 to November 31, 2017 were selected as the key intervention anti-tumor adjuvant drugs.The departments(Department of Oncology, Department of Radiotherapy, Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery)where the number of admissions of tumor patients are relatively concentrated were selected as key intervention departments to carry out pharmaceutical intervention of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs. To investigate the use and rationality of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs before and after pharmacist intervention in our hospital. Results After intervention, the reasonable rate of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs in our hospital showed an upward trend, in which the reasonable rate of Kanglaite injection increased significantly(P < 0.05). The reasonable rate of the indications,usage and dosage of some antineoplastic adjuvant drugs were significantly higher than before the intervention(P < 0.01). The utilization rate of five antineoplastic adjuvant drugs for key intervention was lower than before the intervention, but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists can effectively promote the rational use of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs in our hospital. To provide reference for standardizing the rational use of antineoplastic adjuvant drugs.
