综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者家庭功能和社会功能影响的分析

Analysis of the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation training on family and social functions of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的分析综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者家庭功能和社会功能的影响。方法选取2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的80例慢性精神分裂症患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组采用综合康复训练。对比两组家庭功能和社会功能。结果干预前两组家庭功能、社会功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预5个月家后庭功能(68.41±12.55)分、社会功能(50.40±10.55)分,低于对照组的(76.64±15.21)分、(59.65±11.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练能够改善慢性精神分裂症患者的家庭功能及社会功能。

Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation training on family and social functions of chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training. The family function and social function of the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in family function and social function between the two groups(P > 0.05). After 5 months of intervention, the family function scores(68.41±12.55)and social function scores(50.40±10.55)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(76.64±15.21)and(59.65±11.19), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve the family function and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia, which is worthy of application.
