持续质量改进在ICU重症患者多重耐药菌感染控制中的临床观察

Continuous Quality Improvement in the Control of Multidrug-resistant Bacteria Infection in ICU Critical Patients

目的探究持续质量改进在重症监护室重症患者多重耐药菌感染控制中的临床观察。方法选取2016年1月-2021年1月本院收治的住院重症患者200例,其中2016年1月-2018年12月(持续质量改进前)重症监护室重症患者100例为对照组,2019年1月-2021年1月(持续质量改进后)重症监护室重症患者100例为观察组。比较两组多重耐药菌感染情况与感染控制工作质量。结果观察组多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组(8.00%vs22.00)(P <0.05)。观察组手卫生、防护用品、隔离消毒、医疗废物处理、医疗用具得分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论持续质量改进可有效控制重症监护室重症患者多重耐药菌感染率,提高感染控制工作质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous quality improvement in the control of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection of critically ill patients in intensive care unit. Methods A total of 200 critically ill inpatient admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected, of which 100 critically ill patients in the intensive care unit from January 2016 to December 2018(before continuous quality improvement)were selected as the control group, and 100 critically ill patients in the intensive care unit included from January 2019 to January 2021(after continuous quality improvement)were as the observation group. The multi-drug resistant bacteria infection and the quality of infection control were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.00% vs 22.00)(P < 0.05). The quality scores of infection control work such as hand hygiene, protective equipment, isolation and disinfection, medical waste treatment, and medical appliances in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions Continuous quality improvement can effectively control the infection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria in critically ill patients and improve the quality of infection control.
