孕妇增补叶酸依从率的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查孕妇增补叶酸现状,探索影响其依从率的主要原因。方法采用自行设计的问卷,通过当面访谈的方式收集资料,采用χ2检验、多因素Logistic回归进行分析。结果孕妇增补叶酸知晓率为85.51%,孕妇增补叶酸依从率为32.64%,明显低于国家既定标准;经多元逐步回归分析显示文化程度、族别是其主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义。结论孕妇增补叶酸依从率较低,文化程度低的妇女更显著。应加强过程控制与督导,确保叶酸预防神经管畸形措施有效落实。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of folic acid supplementation about the compliance rate among pregnant women. Methods self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data by face-to-face interview, and the data were analyzed by test and multivariate logistic regression. Results The awareness rate of folic acid supplement among pregnant women was 85.51%, and the compliance rate of folic acid supplement among pregnant women was 32.64%, which was significantly lower than that of the national standard;the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education level and ethnic group were the main influencing factors, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The compliance rate of folic acid supplement in pregnant women is lower, especially in women with low education level. The process control and supervision should be strengthened to ensure the effective implementation of folic acid in the prevention of neural tube defects.
