QQ网络平台延伸护理服务模式在结核病患者康复护理中的效果分析

Effect analysis of QQ network platform extended nursing service model in rehabilitation nursing of tuberculosis patients

目的探讨利用QQ网络平台的延伸护理服务模式在结核病患者康复护理中的效果应用价值。方法选取2017年7月-2018年12月于新疆维吾尔自治区胸科医院出院后的422例肺结核病患者和(或)其陪护家属,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组211例。对照组进行常规的电话随访,观察组在常规电话随访基础上利用5·7天地QQ群网络平台实施护理延伸服务,对两组人群在饮食指导、运动、用药、康复锻炼、日常作息、督促复诊、社会支持、对当地复诊结果实时掌握和指导帮助等方面进行率的比较。结果调查结果显示:观察组在对疾病治疗过程中饮食指导、坚持服药、疾病治疗过程中康复锻炼、积极参加社会活动或继续工作与人交流及当地复诊结果的指导等方面认为帮助很大的较对照组显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在康复护理中采用QQ网络平台延伸护理模式有利于提高结核病患者的饮食、服药依从性等,减少患者住院次数、降低经济负担,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of increasing the extended nursing services of the QQ network platform in the rehabilitation of tuberculosis patients. Methods From July 2017 to December 2018, 422 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and/or their accompanying family members were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 211 cases in each group.The control group received routine telephone follow-up, and the observation group used 5.7 days QQ group network platform to implement extended nursing service on the basis of routine telephone follow-up. The rates of diet guidance, exercise, medication, rehabilitation exercise, daily work and rest, supervision and follow-up, social support, real-time grasp of local follow-up results and guidance and help were compared between the two groups. Results The survey results showed that: the observation group in the process of disease treatment diet guidance, adhere to medication, rehabilitation exercise in the process of disease treatment, actively participate in social activities or continue to work and communicate with people and local follow-up results of guidance and other aspects that help a lot than the control group was significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of QQ network platform extended nursing mode in rehabilitation nursing can improve the diet and medication compliance of tuberculosis patients, reduce the number of hospitalization, reduce the economic burden, and improve the cure rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
