外科住院病人细菌感染的特点与耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析普外科、骨科等外科住院病患细菌感染的特点及耐药性分布。方法选取阿拉尔医院2018年1月至12月期间500例外科住院病患的相关临床资料,筛选并统计在医院发生过细菌感染的相关病患,然后对细菌感染病患的相关病原体标本进行相关检测,最终分析出细菌感染的相关特点以及耐药情况。结果在检测送交的500份病原体标本中,检测出细菌共计262株细菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌86株,表皮葡萄球菌26株,大肠埃希菌72株、铜绿假单胞菌10株、肺炎克雷伯菌30株,鲍氏不动杆菌6株,细菌的比重依次为32.82%、9.92%、27.48%、3.82%、11.45%、2.29%。结论本院外科住院病患所感染的细菌主要是革兰阳性球菌,且革兰阳性球菌多寄身于病患的伤口分泌物当中。另外,革兰阴性杆菌等细菌的耐药现象较为普遍。本次研究有助于我院在外科病患的临床治疗当中,合理使用抗菌药物,进而提高抗菌药物的药效,还有助于发展耐药性较低的抗菌药物。 Objective To study and analyze the characteristics and drug resistance distribution of bacterial infection among hospitalized patients in general surgery, orthopedics and other surgeries. Methods The clinical data of 500 hospitalized surgical patients in Alar Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected, and the relevant patients who had bacterial infection were screened and counted. Then the relevant pathogen specimens of the patients with bacterial infection were tested, and finally the characteristics of bacterial infection and drug resistance were analyzed. Results In detection of 500 specimens of pathogens to detect bacteria, a total of262 strains of bacteria, including 86 strains staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermis 26 strains, 72 strains of e. coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, 10, 30 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae strains, bowman’s 6 strains of acinetobacter, the proportion of bacteria in turn 32.82%,9.92%, 27.48%, 3.82%, 11.45%, 2.29%. Conclusions Gram-positive cocci were the main bacteria infected by the hospitalized surgical patients in our hospital, and gram-positive cocci were mostly deposited in the wound secretion of the patients. In addition, the resistance of bacteria such as gram-negative bacilli is relatively common. This study is conducive to the rational use of antibacterial drugs in the clinical treatment of surgical patients in our hospital, so as to improve the efficacy of antibacterial drugs, and also contribute to the development of antibacterial drugs with low drug resistance.
