农产品流通产业要素配置效率测度及对产业TFP贡献研究 被引量:4

摘要 农产品流通产业增长放缓与城镇化发展对高品质农产品流通之间的矛盾日益突显,提高产业要素配置效率迫在眉睫。基于随机前沿生产函数测算结果得知:要素投入促进了中国农产品流通产业增长,技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要推动力;要素生产率及要素配置效率大致都经历了从以速率递增到速率递减的动态变化过程,呈现周期性波动特征,东中西部区域差异显著;采用VECM模型估计及Granger检验。结果显示,要素配置效率的变化区域差异是引起产业全要素生产率变化的主要因素,且影响显著。因此,采取有效措施建立分层次、分类别的信息化市场平台,加速要素的区域流通,提高农产品流通产业要素配置效率,是促进农产品流通产业持续增长的有效路径。 The contradiction between the slow growth of agricultural products circulation industry and the urbanization development on high-quality agricultural products circulation is increasingly prominent,so it is extremely urgent to improve the efficiency of industrial factor allocation.Based on the results of the stochastic frontier production function,the factor input promotes the growth of agricultural products circulation industry in China,and the technological progress is the main driving force of TFP;Factor productivity and factor allocative efficiency have experienced a dynamic process from increasing to decreasing,showing regular fluctuation.The regional difference among eastern,central and western regions is significant;VECM model and Granger test were used.The results show that regional difference of factor allocative efficiency is the main factor causing regional difference of the change of TFP,and the influence is significant.Therefore,it is an effective way to promote the sustainable growth of agricultural products circulation industry to take effective measures to establish an information market platform of different levels and categories,accelerate the regional circulation of factors,and improve the allocative efficiency of factors in agricultural products circulation industry.
