后疫情时代河北省农产品批发市场供应模式优化研究——基于河北省11个县(市/区)318份问卷的调查

The Optimization of Supply Model of Agricultural Products for Wholesale Markets in Hebei Province in the Post-Epidemic Era:Based on 318 Questionnaires in 11 Counties(Cities/Districts)of Hebei Province

新冠肺炎疫情对农产品供应带来了前所未有的影响,后疫情时代农产品批发市场如何针对新的消费需求转变供应模式尤为重要。基于河北省11个县(市/区)318份调查问卷,分析了防疫期间河北省城乡居民生鲜农产品购买渠道的变化,评估了生鲜农产品需求的价格影响,并从消费者需求角度分析了农产品供应新趋势:消费者对优质安全农产品的需求提升、消费者越来越追求便捷消费、数字化消费大幅兴起、线上线下融合发展大势所趋、各流通主体希望缔结更稳定的供应关系,河北省农产品供应呈现出新趋势。据此提出强化批发市场为核心的供应链整合能力,进行线上线下融合经营的供应模式。

The COVID-19 epidemic has had an unprecedented impact on the supply of agricultural products.In the post-epidemic era,it is particularly important fot agricultural product wholesale market to transfer its supply model in response to new consumption demands.Based on 318 questionnaires in 11 counties(cities/districts)in Hebei Province,this article analyzes changes in the purchase channels of fresh agricultural products for urban and rural residents in Hebei Province during the epidemic prevention period and evaluates the price impact of fresh agricultural products demand,and analyzes the new trend of agricultural products supply from the perspective of consumer demand:the supply of agricultural products in Hebei Province presents a new trend.Consumers'demand for high-quality and safe agricultural products is increasing.Consumers are increasingly pursuing convenient consumption.Digital consumption has risen sharply.Online and offline integration is the general trend of development,and the circulation entities are establishing stable supply relationships.This paper proposes to a supply chain integration model with strengthening the wholesale market as the core and integrating online and offline operations.
