Digital Rural Construction Model and Implementation Path in the Context of Rural Vitalization

习近平总书记强调举全党全社会之力推动乡村振兴。探索乡村振兴战略的大背景下,数字乡村的作用、建设模式及其实施路径具有历史必然性与紧迫性。围绕乡村振兴战略基本内涵和“五大振兴”内容,论述了数字乡村在乡村振兴中的作用和意义,剖析了6个具有代表性的数字乡村建设实践场景,提出了6种数字乡村建设模式,并以新一代信息技术为驱动力,提出了“1+3+N”的数字乡村建设体系和适应该体系的实施路径。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that China should push forward rural vitalization strategy in an all-round way with the efforts of the Party and society.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the role,construction mode and implementation path of digital countryside are explored with historical inevitability and urgency.Focusing on the basic connotation of rural vitalization strategy and the"five major vitalization",this paper discusses the role and significance of digital countryside in rural revitalization and analyzes six representative practical scenarios of digital countryside construction and presents six construction modes.With the drive force of the advanced information technology,this paper mentions"1+3+N"construction system of digital countryside,and the implementation paths that adapt the system are proposed.
