赋能健康教育模型对直肠癌保肛术后患者自我效能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨赋能健康教育模型对直肠癌保肛术后患者自我效能的影响。方法将60例符合纳入标准的直肠癌保肛根治术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施直肠癌保肛术常规护理;实验组在对照组基础上实施以赋能5步骤为基础的健康教育;分别于干预前1 d、干预后12周评估两组患者焦虑、抑郁及自我效能状况。结果干预后实验组患者焦虑得分(37.46±8.74)低于对照组(62.00±7.06),实验组患者抑郁得分(39.96±7.78)低于对照组(61.10±6.13),实验组患者自我效能得分(28.00±3.82)高于对照组(18.41±2.95),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用赋能健康教育模型对直肠癌保肛术后患者实施个性化护理,增强患者自我管理意识,可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁状况,提高患者自我效能。
